Our Story

Casale Mignola is a fabulous, full restored farmhouse, located at the top of hill in Cingoli, at the heart of the historic ‘Le Marche’ region. Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy.

It started when we drove by this magical ruin, and fell in love with the friendliness of the people, the endless history in the area, and the central location, in the middle of the nature.

A few kilometers from this old medieval village defined ‘the balcony of the Marche’ known we restored the old Farmhouse into this luxurious villa.

The villa is surrounded with luscious landscapes, and vineyards. From the villa, in clear weather you can admire the sea in the background.

Casale Mignola

Protagonist of the ‘Casale Mignola ‘is the nature from which it is surrounded in the most absolute privacy of the almost two hectares of land where the olive grove is the master with 200 plants of ‘mignola’ (hence the name of the farmhouse) of which a hundred have just been planted and the remaining of about half a century.
